Hi! I'm Andraya. Welcome to FLORA.

I've been in love with flowers for as long as I can remember, but my journey to starting FLORA has been a wild one. I was first bit by the wedding bug when I began planning my own wedding in 2012 in my beautiful hometown of Charleston, SC. After tying the knot myself, I knew that this was the industry for me. With my sculpture degree from Clemson University in tow, I jumped into the world of Charleston weddings as the sales director and copy editor of Charleston's most popular wedding blog, The Wedding Row. A year later, I found myself also planning and designing weddings for Southern Protocol, one of the city's finest wedding planners (they even did my wedding!). This is where I discovered my passion for working hand in hand with brides and helping their vision come to life! After all, a wedding is essentially a big, living, breathing art installation. I was hooked.

In 2013 my hubby and I made the move to St. Louis for him to continue school. I was lucky enough to be on the launch team for a beautiful new venue, coordinating weddings every weekend, working with my brides every day, and more. However, the creative side of me (a big side, I must admit) was starving to design and create again. I began working for a fabulous local wedding florist, Les Bouquets, and soaked up every pretty bit of knowledge I could. After making countless boutonnieres, centerpieces, and my favorite, bouquets, I knew I was hooked on blooms!

2016 has brought us back east to the beautiful Greensboro, NC. The new year also brought new hope and opportunity and I knew in my heart it was time to start FLORA. With a love of making beautiful things with my hands, a desire to help brides' visions come to life, and a passion for the beauty of marriage, I look forward to helping create beautiful blooms for Greensboro brides and beyond!
